Hidden Dumpling House opened their first location less than a year ago in Elk Grove. Now it appears a location could be in the works at 2801 P street in replace of Midtown Sushi which recently closed. A fictitious business name has been registered with Sacramento County under the name “Hidden Dumpling House” at the aforementioned address.
